Terrible PA

I am happy to report I haven't had a bad PA in a couple months. But the last 3 days or so I have been having them again.
I woke up the other morning and felt a strange lump right above my collarbone. of course I am thinking the worse and it's totally making me panic. I had a terrible day today 1 PA after another.

I can't get it out of my mind and I called my Dr. to get hre lump checked but he is on vacation and wont be back until after Jan 3rd.

Hey terri, I will give you a call later if I can but....I know its not gonna take away the panic but I can assure you that your OK! Please dont let all your progress get setback because of this. Its ok to be scared but I can promise you that whatever your going through has a simple explanation.

Somedays are better than others Your mind is running to fast. Like it's racing through things. You are thinking too hard. Try to pay attention to your thoughts so that you can control what you are thinking. You'll find that some thing are a normal worry while the others are just bad. Tell yourself this is a bad thought and put it out of your mind. No need to worry about what "ifs". Good Luck.
