Im having an issue with accessing the Chat Room on here. I try downloading the java applet, but keep getting a message saying it wont download coz it doesnt recognise the authenticity of the software author.
Im running on Vista OS, so wondering if any others are having a problem.

what website? what i mean is when I try to go into the chatroom, it prompts me to allow to install an ActiveX addon, presumably from RealChat, but when I refresh for it to download, it throws me an error, saying it wont install coz it cant verify publisher.

It could be that your security settings are too high and need lowering to medium.
In IE this is under tools/options/security
What browser are you using?

browser = Internet Explorer.
General security settings are set at Medium.

I assume you have Java installed as well?
