Many thanks for the replies to my previous post. I'll persevere with the Inositol & see how it goes. I'll update you on my progress in a few weeks.
In the meantime, I'm thinking about taking one of the above amino acids as well as the Inositol. Has anyone tried these for anxiety & if so, which of these did you find worked best? I've read loads about all 3 on the internet & there's some positive feedback for them all. I'm just wondering if 1 works better/quicker than the others?
