    L Tryptophan, 5htp, L Theanine

    Hey there peeps!
    Many thanks for the replies to my previous post. I'll persevere with the Inositol & see how it goes. I'll update you on my progress in a few weeks.
    In the meantime, I'm thinking about taking one of the above amino acids as well as the Inositol. Has anyone tried these for anxiety & if so, which of these did you find worked best? I've read loads about all 3 on the internet & there's some positive feedback for them all. I'm just wondering if 1 works better/quicker than the others?

    Personally, I'd stick to one thing at a time otherwise you won't know what's helping and what's not.

    I would see if you get any positive results from Inositol first. Give it at least a month and good luck with it.

    You aren't supposed to mix natural remedies that are aimed at helping anxiety and depression as it can cause serotonin syndrome (very dangerous) . Too much being used at once is dangerous so stick to just the one thing for now. If it doesn't work come off Inositol and wait a month or so for it to be out of your system before trying something else

    5htp gives me a great nights sleep and has helped with my mood overall.
