A helpline that might be of use to you
Hi all, i've mentioned this before in the chat room to people having a bad time of it, but thought id post it here to so everyone can know about it. Some of you my already know but there is a helpline set up which is a free phone number and it's called no panic. it's nothing to do with this wonderful site but the helpline is staffed by suffers to like this site, and it's open 10am to 10pm everyday. But they play a pre recorded msg throughout the night which has got me through many a panic attack. You can also request a free information pack about them and for a small fee become a member and recieve there newsletters which are full of interesting things. http://www.nopanic.org.uk/ is there website the numbers on it to.
