Well where do i begin, I think i have cancer for sure!
I have been feeling breathless all day everyday for like the past 2 months,
And the other night my chest hurt so much i was in tears :( which led me to have a slight panic attack
im feeling out of it and really dizzy and to top it off im seeing black dots sometimes when im looking about, its driving me crazy, i cant seem to keep calm!

You will be breathless because the anxiety makes you hold your breath, you dont realise till you're breathing again which makes you feel breathless! I know this cos the doctor told me!
All of your symptoms you mention sound like they are caused by anxiety. Can you get yourself involved in something else to take your mind off it?
