Re: sleeping problems
Hi, well i can totally relate to your story in the sense that i often cannot sleep and end up laying awake for hours untill 4-5am then sleeping till mid day some days. I think you are right in moaning lol, its really annoying. Have you tried any natural remedies? lavander is supposed to help you feel sleepy, and a hot water bottle sometime does it for me. Or you could try sleeping tablets if the lack of sleep is really getting you down to the point of depression, id talk to your doctor about it. having the tv on at night wouldnt help, its better to sleep in darkness for our sleeping patterns to be normal. I hope you get that much needed sleep soon. x
