    Trouble swallowing (how i get around it)

    some very simple things to help you swallow again!

    lol i used to end up with a mouth full of stuff that needs to be swallowed hehe so don't worry i've been there.
    This happens alot in cars and trains for me.

    The best one is to give one medium sized cough and swallow straight after it works for me brilliantly

    second is to use rescue remedy which can be found in holland and barratts uk store (unsure if they do worldwide) with this rescue remedy you spray it on your tongue twice and it calms you down within a minute. and lasts a long time.

    last one is my least favorite but it works. say somthing out loud to clear your throat a bit then swallow (my gf didnt like this when i was in the cinema and every few minutes talked to her lol)

    hope this helps anyone with the throat symptoms.
