I DID IT!!! Thank you Tracey

I had to go to the shop this morning and gosh ws it a struggle. I thought that by going early I would avoid people but they were everywhere. Old
people getting their papers and people going to work.
I was ready to turn back but I knew that if I did I would only have to try it again later on in the day.
I felt quite let down this morning with the way I handled the anxiety but have to keep putting myself in the situations as hard as they get.

Another thing the CBT taught me was to feel the fear and do it anyway!

Chuck, why did you feel let down, you went, you stayed and you went home. That is a brilliant achievement, you should feel proud that you did it not let down mate.

The more you do it the easier it will get, just like the school run.

Some days are gonna be easier than others mate so don't be hard on yourself for the struggling ones, as they all go towards helping us get back a life.

Where are you doing your CBT btw???

Hi Piglet, yeah I think the CBT could help me.
The lady who I am doing it with seems really nice although I sometimes find it difficult to understand her, she irish but lovely
