Palps during exertion?

Anyone else suffering this? I've been doing really well but today I went out to trim the hedge and it was rather hot (30c + 80% humidity ) and the palps nearly floored me. Of course the first thought was heart attack (as usual)

Hi Phil,

Yes I have experienced Palpitations during exercise, bothersome but not serious so my doc said when I went and saw him. I can also get them after exercising when cooling down which can be because you are relaxing and with the adrenaline your body is absorbing after exercise.
