Big hi to everyone i just wanted to let you know this will probably be my last post here . I want to say thanks to everyone on here and to all the friends ive made along the way . Especially twygn together we have almost cracked this horrid condition . I just want to say there is light at the end of the tunnel beleve me i never thought id see it .But here iam signing off and saying goodbye . Good luck everyone and remember its just the thoughts that stop us change them and change your life around .... love to you all MAZZ xxxxx

Well done Mazz...it's very true what you said about our thoughts. My negative thoughts stopped me from going into work today. If I could change my thoughts to positive ones, I would have faced the day with a confident smile
