Hello,

I am about to start a very daunting experience, a course of anti depressants - suffer from servere anxiety.

I spend most of my time alone, but would like to meet similar people with the same condition so we can help support each other. Or if anyone knows of any groups or meetings in my area.

i suffer from anxiety aswell find it hard to concentrate on keeping my mind off the worry so i make my self worse its at that pit of my stomach my stomach then feels tense etc...... so makes me worse im in kirby which is about 5 minutes from clacton if you would like to chat on email let me know and ill send u my email address
