Woah calm down.
Obviously I cannot diagnose anything based on that but it could be loads of things - not cancer related.
where is the pain exactly?

I suffer from rib pain, I have had it checked and been examined a few times, and its muscular skeletal for me.
I have poor posture which in turn has messed up by back area.
Get yourself checked out by the Doctor
