1st day on Citalopram!

Well, I've had these lurking in my cupboard for a few months now. Was prescribed them for tension headaches and anxiety but my symptoms seemed to improve so I didn't take them. This week I have felt so rough, so dizzy, headaches, nausea that I've decided to bite the bullet and start taking them. I have read Psycho Poets thread and it has given me determination to do it. Took 10mg today and will increase to 20mg in 3 days as per my doctors instructions. Has anyone else taken this for tension headaches?

I have a friend who took for tension headaches with great success.

Hang on for the first two weeks can be a little hard going, but we all vary so may be good for you!
