I felt pretty much o.k by 10.30 so went up t local shops then came back had lunch and drove to the nearest town and spent lots of money.....much to Dannys delight not he hates it when am up and about cos I just keep spending!! Oh well I think its a womans right to spend money!! I did fill the car up with petrol and then when I came back it was so sunny out there I washed it!!! Earned my spend!!

That's what yo could do - get out ni the fresh air and run 30 miles a day
for a bit !
Would do it myself of course only hurt my knee a little!
