ive joined the site today, as my life is plagued with panic attacks.
i thought it might be nice to play the games to distract me but it says i cant until ive put on 5 posts!

Hi!i believe its to deter people from just joining to play the games ..It has been known .
..5posts isnt a lot to write ;Im sure if you look thru the Forums there are things you can discuss with others about what you know or have experienced .Its Support most people need and you will be helping someone .I can be a good distraction ..sometimes .. All the best Sue

As Sue said we have people signing up just to play the games so we decided to deter people from this by asking them to post on the forum first.

that makes complete sense, now youve said and sue you were right once i started to read other people experiences i was easy to say i feel just lik that! xx
