Hi Lea,

They were lovely poems for your mum.....it's my mums birthday in April it will be the 2nd without her....i'm sure they are somewhere safe looking down on us , it does get a bit easier with time but I find I still get emotional at special occasions, Poppy i'm sorry as well that u didnt have your mum with you to celebrate her birthday, but i'm sure we all feel blessed that we had them in our lives for however long and they will never be forgotten.....if anyone needs to chat im always here take care Lea and poppy xxx

Thank You Kitty Cat. How are you?
I will be thinking of you on the 2nd.
Its never easy but as you said, time does make it easier to cope with, I am finding. I still have down days about losing both parents in 6 months though. I sometimes by mistake ring their phone number - I did this a couple of days ago by accident when calling someone else!
I do feel blessed that they were and still are in my life.
I am ok as long as I don't give it all too much thought and thats why the birthdays, and special dates, are not easy.
I take huge comfort that I think my parents are together again. I hope so anyway.
Leo - I love your poem. How are you?
