Day 24

Five things I am grateful for.

1. The lady who got off the bus the other night and asked me if I wanted her dayrider ticket as she had finished with it. What she didn't know was I was rumaging in my bag because I had just discovered I had lost my solo bus ticket and I had no money for my fare home. I was very grateful for her kindness.
2. That I have been referred for counselling.
3. My family.
4. That I have not felt anxious or panicky today.
5. My friends.
