I have had recurrent upper abdominal ache pains most of the time it happens after lifting my baby but other times for no reson at all. the pain is in between in the middle bottom of my ribbs. i also have been getting lower stomach pain like at the verry bottom in the centre it feels like i have done a 10000 sit ups like that achey sharp pain after? can this be caused by my anxiety?

Pain in the upper stomach area is called epigastritic pain, and is associated with heart burn/acid reflux - this certainly can be caused by anxiety.
It can also be caused by the use of NSAIDs like ibuprofen, as I have been experiencing recently xD
