Has anybody tried 5HTP herbal remedy and how have you found it??

Yes, and it did nothing for me. Also tried inositol and that didn't help either. But it depends what you need it for. My problem is more depression than anxiety, and I have a feeling it may be better for anxiety disorders. I find Rescue Remedy VERY good for stressful moments - you may want to try that too from the NMP shop.

Try the 5-HTP and find out if it helps but give it at least 4-6 weeks.

I suffer mainly from anxiety and panic attacks will rescue remedy help that? Do you just take when you feel panic coming on?

It helps me if I feel anxious/stressed - just take it when you need to. It takes the edge off your panic.

Give it a go.

I tried it and it didn't do anything for me then I read the risks of taking it so stopped immediately. Wouldn't touch it again
