406 coupe is looking the likely option to me!

Not been on much lately, just visit from time to time just to keep fresh against anxiety. I'm feeling very well, just need to reduce dosage and hopefully the good times will continue!

    Are you still reducing?

I don't think it's a bad thing to care about relationhips, it might mean that you maybe have less but when you enter into one it will be more of a quality one if that makes sense?!

Glad you r doing well, keep on the cit if it helps x

LK, good to hear from you again. It's good to hear you're still going strong.

I'll be staying on 30mg for the forseeable future; it's still too soon to start coming off the cit as I am still having low moods from time to time, usually when tired or stressed.

Supersezza - I deleted that post so I could re-write it:

The new job has gone well and I can already see a million differences between me now and me in my previous job. I think I'll do well in this job.

I'm getting on well with most of the people there and until yesterday I was really loving my team. I've had a couple of problems with some of the girls though. To start with I was getting a reputation for being a ladies' man but the girls are younger than me and they don't seem to get my sense of humour. My jokes are very dry in real life so the girls have said they sometimes think things I've said are meant as insults. One of the girls is loud and opinionated so this makes it rather annoying when trying to explain, cos she says I am "still in the bad books". I have stopped going on lunch and breaks with the girls cos there doesn't seem to be much point. I heard one of the lads say (about me): "I thought he was smooth but he's losing it".

Thing is I get way too sensitive to criticism (or what I take to be criticism) and it puts me in a low mood. I don't want to be like I was before, getting into a negative spiral just because of one or two things that probably will be forgotten about in a day or two. I just cannot tell if their off the cuff comments are meant to be bitchy.
