    I know. KK is the head Complaint Meister and coordinates the shredding of complaints. I was notifying him of excess BS and verbiage inconsistent with the thread title. My shredder has been on the fritz for at least a year and I'm sure the other complaint maintenance personnel are struggling to shred the inconsistent verbiage and subject matter.
