I cant's sleep. I've been insomniac for the last 5 days and now I have sleep anxiety. I feel like I will never be able to sleep again. I feel depressed :(

Have you tried taking an antihistamine like Benadryl before bed? Usually if I take two at a time, an hour before bed, I will knock out.
