I like to complain mr ross upstairs, banged down cause i'M watching my tv. got the volume down. most of the time we dont watch tv. mr ross not working this evening, he is at home makeing as much noise. cant get the house I seen on link housing, only can get 4 bedroom house or 5 bedroom. not fair, I even asked for being harrassed, nope.
