I would like to complain AGAIN about Insomnia. I have complained about this before to the complaints underdog ie (Me) but i have obviously shredded the said complaint without taking the appropriate course of action, therefore leaving the matter in the pile marked 'Unresolved old tosh'. Which if i remember correctly, is now en-route to the Complaints recycling plant to be made into this years complaints Christmas cards and staff gifts of (Bogoff bog roll) in a very suitable shade of Mauve. (MM's chosen colour).

I would also like to put it to the Complaints readers....Is it slightly odd that i am sat here at quarter to four in the morning clad in ones sleep time attire, drinking a cup of Ovaltine, smoking like a chimney and talking to ones self?.

Perhaps you can't answer as you are being normal slmberers unlike myself and are happily in the land of nod. And jolly quite right too.

So you came in to the office at silly o'clock, had copious cups of tea, smoked 20 of ye old ropes, stuffed yourself with my choc biccies, ignored all the unresolved tosh....I mean complaints, and left your own complaint in the 'urgent' tray on my desk...

Sounds like a good night's work to me.

I would like to complain about the ruddy questioaire I have to fill in from works and pensions to see if my daughter (in care home) is fit for work.
My god I have requested that they go and see her.

The snotty woman in Smiffys in town, when I went in to hand in my CV she said "Did you not read the sign?" and I said I only saw it as I walked passed, "You have to email it." ooo I could have punched her in the boob, there was no need at all! Especially when the writing stating it was so tiny!

Grrrr. Hate snotty people, it costs nowt to be nice.

I think the fact that yor daughter is in a care home and that you have to fill out the form on her behalf would kinda indicate that she is not fit for work. I think they have been plain rude even sending you the form and i will have MM hatchet them forthwith.

I have discussed this with nobody and we have decided you go back tomorrow and say the following....

"IF i had saw the sign, i wouldn't have bothered approaching you"

"When you work with the general public, the basic skill you need is courtesy, a skill which you are sadly lacking"
