A huge thank you

I have stalled in creating this thread, only for the fact that i couldn't accept or believe it.

I have recovered from my agoraphobia, i haven't had a panic attack now for.....................i can't remember!

i can go out on my own, i have driven through city centres...........which terrified me.

I have spent so much money because i can now go to shopping centres (much to my partners annoyance)

I have got there, and if i can, then there is hope for everyone.

Always believe in yourself and you will get there

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me on my road to recovery and i will always be indebted to nic for setting this site up and making me realise that there is a whole bunch of people here who understand and care.
