Won't bore you all with the 5 years of panic attacks I have suffered with, but I was referred for CBT which helped a lot and finished that around 3 years ago. In my past year my attacks have come back very severly especially on public transport...in particular, trains!
The train was sooo busy today and I probablly managed to control about 4 panic attacks, although I know this is a huge achievement to control it I only managed it because I was on the phone to my mum. I find it so heartbreaking to be going through this again and have lost so much confidence.
In need of some words of encouragement with people going through the same thing!
