I've suffered from panic attacks , depression and GAD for about 10 years on and off....
Everything was going great great and then boom a couple of wks ago and real strong panic attack hit.... I'm a mess since.... Girlfriend broke up with me... Really down at the moment...And lonely...
Would love a pen pal to write too....
