Anxiety caused by body fighting cancer?

I am at work and scared, I have a red irritated patch behind my front teeth on the gums under my Tongue. Anyway just wondering if u think it possible that all my anxiety started cos i actually have an underlying problem, and all the other health issues I have been scared about were just red herrings. I feel today so run down by it all and can't accept that I am imagining mouth cancer. Does anyone else think like this? Really had enough of my own thoughts so would like to hear yours

Hi hun, i think anxiety and being run down can cause all kinds of issues, most of which arnt very nice. Sounds a bit like and ulcer of a mouth sore both of which are completly harmless. If you are exreamly worried popping aloing to your drs just for some reasurrence but help hun. Try not to think about it to much hun and you will hardly notice it. Hope i have helped you hun, take care. xxxx
