My supplement cocktail that seems to help:

I'm not a big fan of pharmeceuticals, and I didn't fare too well on SSRI's. I'm also a believer in the body's natural ability to heal itself and holistic/alternative medicine, so I decided to try some supplements. I've seen some improvement lately, here's what I've been taking daily:

Sam-e 400 mg first thing in the morning.

    Centrum multivitamin.
    Magnesium 250mg.
    Choline 250mg.
    Inositol 250mg.
B-50 complex (halved since the Centrum also has B vitamins)
Omega 3 Fish Oil 450mg 2-3 times daily.
Zinc 25mg occasionally to boost my immune system.
Vitamin D 800IU. (900IU when you count the Centrum).

I would think the B complex, inositol, choline, and sam-e would all work well together since they are all interdependent for synthesis of neurotransmitters and energy conversion.

clever stuff man - sounds more thought through than my slightly sloppy approach! hehe

Although as Corinne said in my thread you may need to balance the mag with calcium. I take 250mg magnesium and 500mg calcium daily
