    Tesco Anti-Bacterial Spray

Sprayed some on my kitchen work surface, only for a small amount of spray to bounce off into my mouth.

I mean a very small, hardly worth thinking about. I spat out a few times and had a cup of tea.

I should have rinsed my mouth but i didnt.

I now have a tight chest, but i bet its more to do with anxiety.

any thoughts? am i worrying over nothing!
