I think that website (anxietynomore) is good too but the way forward is to accept it and work with it there and not get angry with it, or fight it. I know. Easier said than done. But I have had this on and off for 2.5 years now and finally I am less scared and not as impressed with it and it is going, slowly but surely. I know how you feel - you are not alone.

Hello...I get this derealisation thing and in my opinion it feels like half of my brain is asleep and just the vital bits are working! Also feels like I'm a visitor in my own body and I'm just watching what I do and not controlling my actions. I've been on the computer a lot in the last few days and I think that might be the cause of this feeling...something to do with the screen...
