Stomach twitch

Hi, wondered if anyone else gets this?

All day today I've had this twitching in my stomach (just below and to left of belly button). At first it felt just like a baby kicking, and I could see movement. Now it feels like when you get that fast twitch in your eyelid (and other places), and I can still see my tummy twitching.

I'm DEF not pregnant, and it's not wind

I tried Dr Google, and top of the list was a link to an anxiety forum - but I didn't look, I only come here now

I did get really stressed out (even more than normal) last week and haven't been feeling my best since then. I'm thinking it's probably just a new (for me) symptom.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

My muscles always twitch around there, usually just around my lower ribs. I think it must be form crouching or curling up. Try stretching out.
