Free self help tapes

Hi,
I just thought i would let you know.
I was looking on limeWire and if you do a search for 'anxiety self help' it brings up quite a few tapes by Lucinda Bassett. You can download these for free and i just looked on her website and they are 6 payments of nearly $70 to buy. I haven't had chance to have a really good listen yet as they are quite long so i cant tell you how good they are but she is a recovered anxiety sufferer herself.
Anyway just thought i would let you know. People pay a fortune for these kind of tapes so its great that they are free.

at the very least, it's a good tip about lucinda bassett - i have never heard of her. what sort of thing does she talk about? does she do breathing exercises and stuff?

Im not sure but from what i have heard she just talks and gives advice, i s'pose its sort of like reading a book outloud.
I think trevor could proberbly tell you more about her.

there are 16 tapes or c,d,s and each 1 is about 25-39 minutes long in each one she discuses ways to end panic/anxiety/agaraphobia,,
without meds ,,

she herself is a self recovered agaraphobic of 12 years housebound,,,

it reall has helped me over the past few months i have been listening to her,,

the last c,d is a relaxation c,d very good really does relax me,,

Can anyone tell me if these kind of tape's are ok for my daughter to lesten to, she is only 12 years old?
