Worried about sickness bug

As soon as I hear about a sickness bug I feel sick, there is a lot around my area, and my son and GF were with her sister and young children who had it, and now I feel really sick and afraid I will get it. I always am scared of being sick :( and with bad night and feeling sick I'm afraid I will get it :(

I'm with you on this, I fall apart completely when there's any bugs around. I'm sure you do all the same things as me and all the other emetophobes to 'protect' yourself but somehow, there's no getting over that terror of 'what if?'

I wish I knew how to make you (and me, and everyone else with this phobia) feel better. All I can say is you're not alone with it.
