    Hey Michelle

In the same boat but it seems to be getting easier! Maybe start very short distances, with someone accompanying you?

    Re: Panic attacks while driving

    izzab,
I do sympathise with your situation, as I suffer from depression and anxiety myself.
I haven't read the whole thread, but from a legal point of view, the DVLA states that if your anxiety affects your driving (which based on what you have described probably does) then they need to be informed. They will then contact you to perform a medical to see if you are fit to drive. If you have a look on the direct.gov.uk or DVLA that will explain more. Your GP might also be able to help you in relation to this matter.

I apologise if I have spoken out of turn, but I don't think many people are aware of this.
