I've Beaten Agoraphobia !
Hello friends. It's been awhile hey 
Last time I was on here was last December when I was hit by Swine Flu. 3 weeks of bad times. Thanks again to all who kept my anxiety down.
Now here I am in April 2010 and happy to announce I have beaten Agoraphobia
As an example, I have been out every day this week which included 3 nights out in a row down the pub.
What ! I've got some catching up to do :P
It's important to state that I am not fully recovered. I have plenty to work on as afew situations are still hard work but I've always looked at my Agoraphobia as being fear of leaving the house and the distance in relation to my 'escape'. I no longer have a problem with both.
I have taken many photos of my recovery and lots of video which i hope to get onto youtube soon which i think will be helpful and inspiring to all.
Many thanks to everyone who helped when I was lost and confused when this all started.
And more importantly, as I didn't believe it at first,
YOU CAN BEAT AGORAPHOBIA AND GET YOUR LIFE BACK !
I've used so many methods and learnt to much so if you have any questions, feel free to pm me. I believe everyones experience is different and there is no right or wrong in recovery.
I hope to write up lots of thoughts one day but for now, excuse me while i wonder at the world again !
