have you tried breathing into a bag ,, becuse your hyper ventelating,,, blowing into a bag gets you breathing back to normal

This is such a common anxiety symptom, but distressing. I take it from time to time. Gypsywomen's advice is good, as is taking slow deep breaths from your tummy. It's because your chest muscles are tense, it's nothing to do with your lungs, so don't worry. You will always get enough breath. Tummy breaths give your chest muscles a chance to relax. It will pass when you relax.

Strange I was reading about this only this morning. Claire weeks says even if the breatns are Shallow, not to worry too much you will be fine.
Her book is like the anxious persons bible. If you dont have a copy, do buy one. She names and explains every symptom
