Met up with an NMP member

I met up with Johnno yesterday and it feels so good to know I've finally met someone from No More Panic.

We met up in a City Centre, late afternoon and I showed him round and I acted like a tour guide.

I felt very anxious before hand and for a while during our time together. It didn't seem too long until I felt ok and continued to enjoy Johnno's company.

Glad it was lovely weather and I felt at ease with Johnno. We hadn't met each other before.

Thank you so much for yesterday Johnno. Atleast next time I can be less of a tour guide lol. I'll remember to take a bottle of water with me for future reference.
