Free CBT on-line - GP recommended!

Hi all,

Just thought I would share this with you..

My GP has recommended a website whereby you can learn CBT skills on-line for free. I have clicked onto the site tonight and started the on-line course which I have very helpful so far.

Yes Piglet it does deal with anxiety. I have just had a look at it. There is a long questionaire to fill in first to see how bad you are.
