Over the years anxiety has upset my system for a day or two and then returned to normal.. Since mid March my eating hasnt been the norm as I went through a few days of heartburn by which time my anxiety had raised.
I saw the doc late March about a possible ear problem but he ordered blood tests as I hadnt seen him for 10 years.. All was ok until after the bloodtest was done then 24 hours later, with my mind whirring about the results my anxiety spiralled.
Since that time ive had gurgling, tan colour, loose, watery, and pinching tum. I havent eaten my norm for quite some time,,appetite off feeling anxious.
Blood results were very good but why wont my tum calm down. I only visit the loo once a day but just wish everything was back to normal because it pushes my anx even higher.
