Weird Possible Symptom

I have had a feeling where i felt my brain was like expanding or "falling" as such. I have also suffered from other symptoms. I also feel tired probs cause of me eyes n stuff.

can u help me please.
I fink it is just anxiety but i wanna b sure

Yes, it is quite common for anxiety to cause that feeling. I have had it many times. It's not pleasant but it won't hurt you..

Have you been to see your GP about your anxiety?

yeah. He checked me out and he said it all anxiety. It too hard to believe... if u know what i mean

head probs just started 2day though.

I kinda got twiches/spasms which are sometimes painful or just plain uncomfortable in me legs and arm, seems mainly to be in d left. My GP says that it will happen during anxiety.

does ne1 else have d same thing?
