Read through think it will do you good and I will certainly pop in to see how things are going... the best of luck to you and hope that the dreams ease up a little..are you on medication only I suffer from very vivid dreams but only since the meds.. x

i refused medication from my doctor on the grounds that my mother was on them for 20 years and they destroyed her, i saw what they did and tbh im too scared to follow suit

After a lot of internal debate, ive decided to put up a history page on my diary, so far it has me from age 1 to 16, and its something ive not really talked about for nearly 10 years, my partner doesnt even know much about my past. still very nervous to have opened up my mind like that, i was always ashamed of my past and i still am.
