Free Counselling

I have contacted MIND today and am wondering where else in North Yorkshire i can find a free Counsellor.
Desperate for help. I don't wanna see my Doctor, thats a big prob I know and i can't afford private help.

I live in Scotland and we have local voluntary mental health organisations that do free counselling. Get in touch with your local citizens advice bureau they may be able to help to locate them.
