Hi guys i have now got an itching sensations in both of my arms and i have what seems to be frequent twitching in the sole of my right foot
i am really worried now and i need to make sure that it is just anxiety and noting more

hi dragon - seems like we might be in the same boat (see my new thread above yours!) and I also have twitches... hmmm seems like it might be anxiety eh? Does yours sound like mine?

lol, more or less yeah.
It is very hard to take in that this is all related to anxiety and that there not nothing physically wrong with me

I know!:( it really ticks me off! My ithing has receeded a bit (big brother just about distracting me!)... I wish there was an easy answer lol!
