I'm new and not coping

Hi, my names annette and I have been dealing with lots of issues since about last November, but I have been reading the No Panic Website since starting with panic attacks in February this year.......I am seeing a counsellor and on Citalpram but still experiencing a lot of strange things and it's driving me crazy.....just need to be reassured.
