just posted on yours - and as you will see I'm not so good today:(
I think we all got over excited and positive in the week with our journals and things, today's payback!!!!

I don't know what's wrong with me, why I feel so bad - I went to bed doing positive visualisations and feeling really hopeful.

Who knows how the mind and body work eh?!!!
