    1 More Step

Well as you know i have gone back to work and things are going good on that front but on Thursday i did somthing i have not done for such along time.

i have very long nails and always look after them at home but since i have been back at work i have not had the time to sort them out so i booked an appoinment to go and have them done. I walked there all on my own and when i got there they had the heating on full and as i seem to panic more when i get hot (think i may pass out, very odd) i just said "could you please turn the heating down" and they did. i sat and had my nails done this took about 50 mins drank my water and had a nice time, i did feel a bit on edge towards the end but i just kept it all under control.

not a big step but one more thing to add to the positive list.

Love and Light to you all

    Well done Sam!

I have the same problem with things like that - and was very proud of myself (sounds mad doesn't it!) for going to the hairdressers on Weds... 2 whole hours of being trapped somewhere AND looking at myself! People find it hard to believe I hate it as much as I do, but I have dizziness and hate the sinks on top of the general anxiety.... So every time I go it's an achievement!

It's lovely when you can treat yourself and actually enjoy it! Keep it up!

it seems so many of us suffer with the dizzy thing, its the worst part of the anxiety for me, but i just keep pushing on and hope 1 day it will go 4ever.

    Well done there

Each experience goes on to helping with the next.

and having the patience to wait for the day, when the sun comes out and the clouds go away.
