Just realised that i've only had 3 anxeity attacks this year so far which isnt bad at all. When i was first diagnoised with stress in September '03 i was having 1 sometimes 2 a day going through all the main emotions like everyone else but finally something postive. Its not all smiles cause i get craps in arms, hands and chest every day also some breathing difficulties from time to time which is all in the mind and a lump in the throat which feels like a air bubble(daft i know) anyway anyone else out there with any postive news or experiences
