Thanks for that, well today I had to do it, I had to go to emergency GP and am back on anti depressants, dont need to bore you with any more details, but I will not reduce again without medical advice, xxx

Most of lifes battles are won, by looking beyond the clouds to the sun:
and having the patience to wait for the day,when the sun comes out and the clouds go away.

Maybe now wasn't the time to reduce them eh?

Perhaps you can try again in 6 months when other things in your life are easier to cope with ?
